VeFlow

Terms

The short version.

These terms describe how VeFlow is sold and paid for. They are a summary written in plain language. The agreement that actually governs your subscription is the VeFlow Subscription and Data Processing Agreement, which is shown in full and accepted during sign-up.

01

Who provides VeFlow

VeFlow is provided by Davidson & Co, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway, organisation number 938 356 580, Ilevollen 22, 7018 Trondheim, Norway. You can reach us at info@veflowapp.com.

02

Who can sign up

VeFlow is sold to businesses only. It is built for car rental companies, and by signing up you confirm you are doing so on behalf of a business rather than as a consumer. We do not offer VeFlow to private individuals, and consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

03

The free trial

Every account starts with 14 days free, counted from the day your first car is in VeFlow — not from the day you sign up. No card is needed to start. If you decide not to continue, email us before the trial ends and nothing is payable — the account is simply closed.

Your first invoice is sent with your login details and is due on the day the 14-day trial ends. From then on, each invoice is due within 5 days.

04

Price and billing periods

VeFlow is priced per car, per month. There are no tiers and no feature levels — every account gets every feature and unlimited staff logins. The rate depends only on how often you pay:

Billing periodPer car / month
MonthlyRs 185
Every 6 monthsRs 175
YearlyRs 165

Your invoice is the rate multiplied by the number of cars in your fleet and the number of months in the period.

These prices apply to fleets of up to 100 cars. Fleets of more than 100 cars are quoted individually — request a quote and we will price it with you.

05

Cars added or removed during a term

You are not billed mid-term for changes to your fleet. If you buy or sell cars while a period is running, the difference is settled at your next renewal — the new count is used to price the following invoice. Nothing is charged or refunded in between.

06

How invoices are issued and paid

Prices are quoted in Mauritian rupees, but invoices are issued in euros (EUR), converted at the exchange rate on the date of the invoice. The rupee amount is shown on the invoice as well, so you can see both.

No VAT is added to your invoice. Davidson & Co is established in Norway and is not registered for VAT in Mauritius. Whether you need to account for anything locally is a matter for your own accountant — we cannot advise on it.

Payment is by bank transfer or card, and is due 5 days from the invoice date — except the first invoice, which is due when the 14-day trial ends (section 03). A card link is included on the invoice. Any charges your own bank makes on a transfer are yours.

If an invoice goes unpaid, we send reminders for four weeks. After that, access is withdrawn and the data is deleted, as set out in the Subscription Agreement. We would much rather email you than do that, so tell us if something is wrong with an invoice.

07

Your data

Your records are stored in the European Union — Google Firebase, Belgium region — and never leave it. We process them only on your instructions, to run the service for you. You own your data. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising, and no other company using VeFlow can see it.

You can export everything to Excel from inside the app at any time, without asking us. If you leave, you leave with your records.

The detail is in Schedule 3 of the Subscription and Data Processing Agreement, and in our privacy policy.

08

The full agreement

This page is a summary and does not replace the contract. The VeFlow Subscription and Data Processing Agreement is the agreement between us. It is displayed in full during sign-up and you accept it there before an account is created — you do not have to ask us for a copy, and nothing is hidden behind a signature.

It covers the service, fees, your responsibilities, your data, data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, termination and notices. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement applies. It is governed by Norwegian law.

Ask us anything about it before you sign: info@veflowapp.com.

09

Changes to these terms

If prices or terms change, existing customers are told in advance and the change takes effect at their next renewal, not during a period already paid for.
